If you do not accept this Policy in its entirety, you may not purchase our products or place an order with us. By placing an order or clicking on a button to signify your acceptance of this Policy, you hereby represent that:
- You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy, our Disclaimer, Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, along with any future updates and additions published on our website or communicated to you.
- You are of sound mind and at least the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract with us. If you are not of legal age, you must have permission from your lawful guardian to place an order or make purchases on our website.
- We have not previously disabled your account for violations of law or any of our policies.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, BlingSecret cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges in all cases. All sales are final. BlingSecret reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
In special cases, you need to report the return within 2 days of receiving the product.
Damaged & Missing Products:
- We conduct a thorough 3-layer checking process to avoid damage or missing items. If you receive a damaged product, you must report it within 2 days of receiving your order with proof via a 360-degree unboxing video clearly showing the damage, there should not be any cuts or edits, starting from the mailing envelope to clearly showing the defect. Failure to comply will result in the rejection of the return/exchange request.
- If you purchase multiple products, only the damaged item will be accepted for return.
- You will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the damaged item(s) within 7 days after we receive the product.
- We will not charge any return shipping or handling fees.
Dislike:
- If you dislike a product upon delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours. Due to the affordable nature of our products, we do not arrange for returns or exchanges based on dislikes. However, you can return the product at your expense, and we will process the refund upon receipt of the item, provided it is unused and in good condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Email us at hello@blingsecret.com with your order ID and reasons for return.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days after we receive the product. If the return is rejected, no refund will be issued.
Combo/Gift Box Items:
- Any single piece of jewelry in a combo or gift box cannot be replaced or returned.
Promotional Offers & Clearance Sales:
- Products purchased during special promotional offers, contests, clearance sales, or any special schemes cannot be returned or replaced.
